Every bond we have written is current.
That is the usual state of this page, and it is the outcome we work for. The overwhelming majority of people we bond out appear at every hearing.
Missed a court date?
Call us first
Before you call anyone else, call us. A missed date is often recoverable if it is handled the same week, and we would rather fix it than forfeit a bond.
Bring the cosigner in
The cosigner is liable for the full bond amount if the case goes to forfeiture. They should be part of the conversation from the start.
Do not wait it out
Time is the only thing that makes this worse. The court sets its own deadlines and they do not move because someone was scared to call.
Have information on a listing?
Call the office. If it concerns a crime in progress or anyone is in danger, call 911 instead.
